Smog Test Monitors Fail

1996 Infiniti I 30 continues to fail MIL/Check Engine Light Test due to failure to complete all OBD self tests. Specifically failed O2 Sensor, EGR System and Catalyst. Referree bypassed it last time but won't this time. Tried running Nissan's recommended drive cycle but no luck. Looking for a sure and inexpensive way to get this passed...

Unfortunately, you won't be able to wipe out any codes related to those emissions devices unless they're fixed. Because as soon as you clear the codes, the computer will detect the failures as soon as you turn the key.
