I have a 95 Infiniti I30 and vehicle will not move out of park position. Is there a manual release and where is it located?

As far as the manual release, I can't answer that one. However, this may sound crazy, but are the brake lights working? The brake light switch is what powers the park lock solenoid so you can shift. If they are not working, check the switch to make sure it is properly adjusted and operating.
