what causes car to vibrate / shake when reversing only

When reversing car shakes / vibrates, have changed clutch and pressure plate also back engine mount... Do all engine mounts need changing or is it some other problem please help a lady in need of help. Thank

what about the flywheel?? it may be warped or hot spotted
