1996 Hyundai Elantra will not start

1996 Hyundai Elantra will not start at all except by bypassing the ignition switch. Won't start with a jump start. I think no power is going to the solenoid. Fuses and Relay appear fine. What else can I check? (FYI...CarMD just shows "Error")

Are you stating that it starts when bypassing the ignition switch??

Need more info,, Automatic or standard?? When you turn the key does anything happen? Brake switch operating?? Check brake lights for illlumination while pressing pedal?
