How to clean and replace coolant in a 1996 Hyundai Accent

are you just draining and refilling or having system flushed? if flushing than you need a DIY flush kit from your local auto part store which will use your garden hose to flush the coolant system. if not flushing than just remove lower rad. hose at the radiator to drain old coolant then replace hose and refill with proper coolant to the correct fill mark.
