i just purchased a 1996 prelude s ,that wasnt running , the owner said it needed a head gasket , i towed it home and it was a timing belt. so it is running know , and the heater controls dont switch to deater or defrost or ac button doesnt light up and blower motor dosnt have power . plus the radiator fans dont come on , i believe i have checked all relays and fuses / please help lead me in right direction ??? thanks greg

check all fuses with a test light and make sure all your connections and grounds are secure.
