overheating the transmission?

Good day, I just like to ask will my 96 model Honda civic will overheat the transmission if the Air condition line is not clean? Is there a connection between the AC and the transmission?Also can I use a 80/100W headlight bulb using the stock wires? Will i cause the transmission to go bad? There is a leak on the line of AC. will it cause the transmission to overheat?

There is no connection with a leaking A/C and the transmission over temp at all.
