Need help, my car keeps overheating on the highway but not city driving. I have already replaced the water pump, timing belt, radiator, thermostat, all new hoses. Ran good for three days and started overheating again, not sure what to do next. Please help.

This has an electric fan motor. Before you throw more parts at it, have your mechanic perform a chemical test at the radiator for a leaking cylinder head gasket. Given the nature of the symptoms, try to have that done right after doing a short drive at highway speed.
