Hi I've got a Honda balade 1996 moddel after gas ran out it stode for about 2 week ther after I pourd gas and now it hase no spak the moter cranks every thing but hase no spark from the distribotor wat can it be???

Check and ensure the distributor rotor is turning. Hope it is not a failed timing belt that caused the engine to stall initially.
