My dash lights and parking lights wont turn on unless I connect the fuse if I leave the fuse connected they wont turn off

Sounds like you need to test the headlamp switch for a short circuit and also check headlamp relay if there's any could be sticking-start here

I agree. The headlight switch is most likely failing.
