1996 Honda Accord Ignition Switch Turned Off Controls Heat Air Still Work

When the ignition switch is turned off, the controls for the heat and air still work, but no other lights or controls work. I have already changed the ignition switch but the problem continues. Any idea what could be causing the problem ?

could be getting a feed back from radiator fan control module. you will need someone good with electrical systems to track this down for you
