I have a 96 Honda accord I just bought second hand off craigslist. All worked fine, there's a bit of a lag in idle for first few minutes, but he informed me that it was the o2 sensor. Of course now I stated hearing rattling or maybe clicking from the serpentine belt pulley area. The crank shaft pulley. Also there's a lot of oil around the pulley area and the car is apparently losing oil at a steady pace. Now the power steering belt has broke and the other belt looks like it needs changing. I could of overlooked the belts and they may of already been in bad shape, but what would cause oil leak? Pulley vibration? And if bents weren't already bad, what could cause them to tear up or come off?

if it's a vibration it can be anything but youneed to fix the oil leak first as it will destroy a belt in no time. spray water on belt and if vibration goes away you need a belt and tensioner.
