We have just replaced crank sensor and know it's not working and car reads the same code , code 46 which says replace crank sensor and we just did, stuck don't know hay 2 do?

There are two different crank shaft position sensors depending on date of manufacture make sure you have the correct one and also ensure that the vanes and the contact ring on the harmonic balance have not been damaged during installation, this is easily done if care is not taken.
