No bleeding required. Have you checked to make sure the pump is good? Is it running? Is the relay good? Is it getting 12 volts?

I feel the relay clicking and replaced it with a known good relay with no change. Can I check for voltage at harness side of connector with connector unpluged? And at should only read for the 3 sec. That the relay is turned on. Right?
