trouble with air direction in heater/air vents

Have an RV, GMC Europa, w/350 Chevy engine. Air direction control in dash is not working. It's stuck on defrost. Have checked all the vacuum hoses, and no breaks. Fan and temp controls are working fine.

make sure u check the vacuum to the blend door and if the vacuum servo is good.
