The ECM Batt fuse powers the fuel pump relay from the relay it powers the fuel pump-only for 2secs before the relay de-energizes

is there a way to test pump relay and where is the EMC Batt fuse located?

You need a repair manual to troubleshoot -you got a lot of testing to do.
