96 gmc 4.3l. Fuel pressure is good

When I did the test to insure power was going to the the fuel meter and I got 4 strobing and 2 solid light but strobe when you turn the motor over. Having a fuel issue tested the injector power.

the crank sensor is good...could it be the fuel pressure regulator.. i have not removed and inspected the spider injection..

You should check to make sure you are getting the correct pressure and it could be a bad regulator or the spider.
