My 96 gmc sierra has a cylinder 5 misfire and Ive changed the spark plugs and cables and rotor and distributor cap and injector and it still is acting up. What could it be?

Good afternoon,

I would start by checking the compression to be sure the cylinder is good.

You need 140-160 pounds of compression. You can rent a tester at a parts store.
