1996 Geo Prizm Car Constant Low Muffler Type Louder Than Should Noise Changes

The car has a constant low muffler type louder than it should be noise. It changes pitch when going over humps or bumps on the highway. At certain speeds especially the dash rattles like crazy. This seems to get quieter when the car is warm. I'm told the motor mounts look good.
