Geo shakes when on park

Whenever I turn the car on it begins to shake. As soon as it drives off it seems fine. But if I'm waiting for a red light or if I keep it on and put on park, it starts to shake again. I also noticed a noise I had not heard before. Please help.

try cleaning the throttle plateon both sides with choke cleaner. then check your motor mounts for being worn.
