1996 Ford Windstar Overheating

My van over heated just about an hour ago, it seemed like it melted a part of something j was just wondering if it can be fixed and how much can this part cost of it needs to be replaced.

You should be able to buy that part at auto parts for about $5

It looks either to be a breather hose or pcv hose just show the guy at auto parts and they will have to see if they have the correct size in stock.
