Does power get to the relay? Is the fuse good? Does power get to the pump? There is a fuse box at the left front under the hood. Check the fuel pump fuse. Location 26 in the graphic. If the fuse is good, then most likely the fuel pump section of the CCRM is bad. If the fuse is good and there is no power getting to the pump, look for voltage on Pin 80 of the powertrain control module, #1 in the graphic.

The Inertia switch that you refer to is a simple "pass through" switch. If you have power arriving at the switch, you should also have power leaving the switch during fuel pump powering.

The fuel pump relay is part of the Constant Control Relay Module. At the fuel pump, test for the presence of power on any of the leads. The fuel pump fuse, breaker should be labeled in the main engine bay fuse box, which is located at #26 in the graphic I supplied. The lid of the fuse box will be labeled. Unfortunately I don't have ready access to the label on one of these boxes.
