1996 Ford Thunderbird Won T Car Stay Running Ve Installed New Fuel Pump Fuel

Why won't car stay running? I've installed NEW Fuel pump,fuel filter,fuel pressure regulator. Getting @40-42 psi at the rail and 100psi after fuel filter. It only stays running if I spray starting fluid in.

scan for codes and check fuelpressure firstshold be 30-45 psi at fuel rail. check for a vacuum leak as well
