seat belt

1996 ford thunderbird ---- i cannot 2 of the shoulder seat belts to - " engage " so they are now in the " secure " mode -- meaning when i extend them fully and pull down hard, they do not " click" or "ratchet " back -- tight to the point where the person is secure in their seat ---

Cannot help with the automatic features here.

I have removed 3 pennies and a dime out of my sisters "belt buckles", on 4 different occasions....twice, not so EZ....failure to latch issue also!

I told her, and told her, to give 'em up for adoption, as soon as she showed 'em to me........before she got attached!

Let me know how much money you receive....gotta beat 13 cents!
