4.6 L V8 Thunderbird, I need to know which spark plug wire set to get and spark plugs.

I need to know which type of wire set to buy and one that is not to expensive "But Good" I can purchase anywhere online like Autozone, Oriellys or somewhere. Plus I need to know what type of spark plugs to buy. Also, how can I tell if I need to replace my old ones? If you can get back to me asap would be awesome!

All I can tell you is make sure they have a good warranty. If they don't have one, don't buy them. As far as the shops you mentioned, either one will have good ones. Try to stay in the middle of the price range.
