What is making popping sound in front end (while turning) on my 96 Ford Taurus? I have already changed cv axle, ball joint, bearing, strut, and tie rod end.

Try changing the full drive shaft, it could be damaged where it fits into the g box

There is a flat bearing on top of the strut on many car models that the strut swivels on as you turn. I have seen them make quite a bit of noise. They don't always get replaced when changing a strut because they usually don't come with the new strut. One more suggestion, chech the lower control arm bushing where it bolts to the unibody. If it's worn or the bolt is loose it could make noise.

I would be checking the CV's first, faulty top strut bearings normally don't make this noise.
