1996 Ford Taurus Got Tyre That While Driving Out Layer Maked Noise

I got my tyre problem that while driving out layer gone out and that maked noise and i stoped to safe place. i gave the hazrads light. after that i saw battery signal and oil dropping signal and car couldnt start. the garage told me the oil pressure is not. its cost me 400. how come?

Did the oil pressure light come on? Are you sure there was oil in the engine?
