Car won't start

Drive a '96 ford taurus, 210,000 miles. My engine will sometimes turn over, have no battery problems. After two or three attempts to start engine will turn. Think it's my starter? Not sure

If the starter doesn't work it could be the starter first have the battery and alternator tested make sure the battery cables are clean and tight. Also do you have a multimeter or test light to do some testing?
