There is no "reset" for the ECM. You can clear the code using a scanner and you can relearn the computer. Neither of those will help your problem. The first question I must pose for you is where did you get the code read? If it was a certified technician that performed the proper functions tests to narrow it down to the MAF sensor, then you probably have gotten a bad MAF sensor. If you got a quick scan from a parts store or a friend adn they just based the failure off of the code from the scanner, then it's likely a misdiagnoses. The scanner only tells you what system has failed, it does not tell you the reason it is failing. Likely, the MAF is not getting the proper voltage due to a low battery charge or a failing ECM. If this is the case, have it checked by a train professional, as the testing process is quite in depth.
