If you were able to get it all out which you cannot, it would be 11.8L (12.5 Qt). If all you did is drop the pan, you're closer to 4 quarts.

I just dropped the pan, but when I was adding oil it took me 8 quarts. So I kinda got worried. What would happen if I over filled the transmission oil?

If it's overfull it will cause problems with the transmission but it should be easiest to tell with the dipstick.

The dipstick indication shows it is right where it suppose to be hot. What problems on the tranny would it cause?

If the dipstick reads right, don't worry about it.
