Clutch is not fully dissengaging

Clutch is not fully dissengaging. While clutch is pushed in all the way. The car still moves. And is very hard to get in gear while running, but goes in gear fjust fine while not runnig

CHECK YOUR CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER FLUID LEVEL

IF IT'S DOWN---LOOK FOR LEAKS

REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS --IF NECESSARY

YOU MAY NEED TO BLEED THE SYSTEM---WHATEVER THE CASE ABOVE

YOU TUBE IS HELPFUL ON HOW TO DO SOME OF THIS---YOU MAY NEED TO TRY SEVERAL WAYS OF SEARCHING BEFORE YOU FIND WHAT YOU WANT

Is the clutch master cylinder the brake master cylinder?If not where is it. The brke master cylinder is full
