1996 Ford Mondeo Handbrake Needs Tightened Find Tension Bar Ive Looked Under Car

i have a mondeo the handbrake needs to be tightened but i cant find the tension bar ive looked under the car and remove the plate by the handbrake and also inside the car by the handbrake too but cant find it where would i find the tension

I believe that this is at the handbrake shoe, remove the rear wheel and there should be an access hole to get to the adjuster wheel.
