Is it possible that the starter motor,turbo and head can all need replacing at the same time? As this is what my mechanic is saying.

if they have been bad and they are finally getting looked at it is possible. head is very rare to go bad. turbo even rarer if you change air filter regularly and you allow turbo to spool down before shutting of vehicle. starter motors are however common
