Start up with no prob but when you apply pressure to the throttle the motor bogs down and there is popping coming from the oil pan but there are no leaks

might be a bad vacuum valve at brake booster unless it's hydraulic booster. the popping may be backfire or a valve problem/ ignition something like that. check compression and scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.
