we cant get our relay to quit ticking when we try to start our truck and we are wondering if our fuse box is out or if there is a way that we can trouble shoot the problem and try to fix the problem

What relay are you talking about? Hopefully it is in the fuse box, under the hood fuse box or under the dash fuse box. If the relay isn't in a fuse box, I'd have trouble tracking down.

Just to add, hopefully, you can feel the relay vibrate then give us the location, in the fuse box.
