1996 Ford F-150 Trouble Codes P0443, P0171, P0174

Hello, my 96 Ford f150 comes up with these codes. The gas mileage has gone down extremely bad, and there is a bad crackle as you accelerate. I understand that the P0443 means that a purge canister valve is bad. How do you replace it on this model? I have the 300 4.9 I6 motor. Also, any ideas on the other codes because all of the vacuum lines are good?

both the 171 &174 codes are either a O2 problem like connection, injector problem, vacuum leak fuel pressure low or a pcm problem. the evap canister is by the fuel tank but if you put a valve in it and the code doesnt' go away it needs a smoke test.
