can't get my radio to work

Yes i have a 1996 Ford explorer fwd 5.0 i can't get my radio to work because when i the fuse in it it shows phone in my radio window. So how can i bypass the cell phone feature so i can get my radio to work. Thank for your time

WILL WHEN IT STARTED DOING THIS I WOULD INSERT THE FUSE AND PULL IT OUT AND PUT I IN AND THE RADIO WOULD WORK THEN BUT KNOW IT WON'T COME ON AND PLAY NOW BY PULLING THE FUSE OUT THEN INSERTING IT BACK IN

with the fuse in question removed do you have voltage to either side of the holder, using a test light or voltmeter? my radios in both of my jeeps have never given trouble---my only issue is i must be in 1st or 3rd to install/ remove my cassettes.
