I replaced the gasket on my water pump. (1996 ford explorer 4litre) I'm still leaking water out of the weep hole. I put back together and it still leaking from the weep hole. does this mean I need to replace the water pump as well?

Hello,

After you replace the water pump you could get coolant out of the weep hole for few minutes after starting, then it will stop after the break in period.
However if it continues to leak then one of the seals has failed on the pump and you will have to replace the pump.
