I replaced my brake master cylinder and everything seemed fine but then I needed a jump to start. Now my car wont start at all. The power windows are slow and losing power. The brake light is on but cant figure out how to release.

Sounds like the charging system isn't working and the battery is running down. User an inexpensive digital voltmeter to measure the battery voltage while the engine is running. It must be between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. If it is low, measure the voltages on the small plugged-in wires and holler back with those numbers.
