My 1996 Ford Explorer with a 5.0 Engine shakes badly at idle and accleration

I have replaced spark plugs and wires, cleaned throttle body, replaced iac valve, replaced crank postion sensor, and cleaned egr at throttle body, and get a code for rich and lean on bank one.

How about oxygen sensor? Wiring at sensor? Clean MAF sensor?
