how do i remove and replace a windshield wiper motor on a ford escort van 1996

Disconnect battery ground cable.
Remove wiper arm attaching nut cover, then attaching nut and pull wiper arm from pivot shaft.
With hood closed, remove seven screw covers from cowl grille screws.
Remove seven cowl grille screws, then cowl grille.
Pry up four baffle retaining clips, then remove baffle trim piece.
Remove wiper linkage retaining clip, then disconnect wiper linkage from motor. Ensure that wiper motor is in the PARK position before disconnecting linkage.
Disconnect two motor electrical connectors, then remove three mounting bolts and motor.
reverse procedure to install. Torque wiper motor mounting bolts to 61-87 in lb.
