I just finished rebuilding a 1996 ford Escort 1.9L. It dropped a valve seat and ruined the head. I got a head from a junkyard and put it on along with new gaskets all around. I set the timing correctly and now I have no compression and no spark at all. Help me please?

the timing must be off. it is a freewheeling motor and you are lucky.

did you have the head checked?? did you use new head bolts??

start from scratch and check the timing
