Why does my truck start hard, either cranks for a long time or stumbles over itself

If it sits all night and I go to start it in the morning it starts. Ok kinda sputters though. If I let it warm up then shut it off and start it back up it starts good, but if I shut it off after its warm and wait at least an hour before starting it will crank for about 5 seconds then slowly start. Also it has a very slight miss at idle I can feel it in my seat. I have already replaced, IAC, FPR TPS, MAF, ICM, EGR valve and sensor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, air filter, fuel pump relay, pump has 40psi so its good, new oem injectors, cleaned intake, alternator and battery are good, as good compression and there aren't any codes.

Check to see if you are getting a good hot blue snapping spark to the plugs. Also, check for fuel pressure drop off. In other words, does the fuel system maintain fuel pressure with the engine off or does it drop to 0 PSI?

If you have good fuel pressure and good spark, it could be low compression or dirty injectors.
