I have a 96' ford aspire, I was changing my wiring spring for my horn and airbag under the steering wheel. That went ok. I
turned the headlights on and no
lights, parking yes, headlights no.
I ended up finding the relay for it
and it was all corroided plus a wire
broken off. Would that by chance take out the pcm?

I am not sure of the location of the corroded wire if you your question is ,if you can remove the PCM to repair wiring harness ,I see no reason why not
Note :disconnect battery before
