what are the main causes of a fuel pressure drop or leak in ford bronco

the truck is very hard starting it cranks strong but stutters even after it catches for 5-10 seconds. Then it idles great and runs fine. Motor is 351 automatic transmission. warm climate but lot of rust new to truck.

Fuel pump, its delivery line to the fuel rail and the fuel pressure regulator are possible contenders. Have you tested the fuel pressure?
