1996 Fiat Bravo Hi P Reg Making Grinding Noise Seems Coming Rear Car Sure

Hi

My P reg Fiat bravo is making a grinding noise.
Seems to be coming from the rear of the car but not sure.

I happens when when I slow down after breaking at a junction or roundabout for example, then continues when I pull away until I gain speed again.

I first noticed the noise on my approach to roundabout off a sliproad from a motorway.

Any help would be greatly received.
