heat and air works great. but when you switch to defrost mode fan still blows but it does not blow in windshield air went. it still blows on passanger and other wents. any help is apreciated. thank you..

the air vent doors are run by vacuum. If there is a leak, it can cause this to happen. check for vacuum leaks both under the dash and under the hood.
