Truck stalled out in the middle of a creek a week ago and has not started since. Where do I look for the problem?

There could be damage everywhere. You could have destroyed modules that will have to be professionally diagnosed to find the problem. In the meantime remove the distributor cap and dry out the inside of it along with the plug wires using a hair dryer.
