1996 Dodge Ram trucks pulls left while driving?

pulls to left. not really bad. do trucks need front end alignments, or is this a brake issue?

Yes, they need alignments. As far as your problem, does it change when you apply the brakes? Have you safely lifted the front of the truck to see if both tires spin freely?
