1996 Dodge Ram transmission

the transmission is recently repaired & it doesn't want to shift into fourth gear. I was wondering if It can be an electrical problem or if it has to do with the computer. May you please help me?

you think it's electrical scan for codes autoparts do for free. if it was recently redone take it back to where it was fixed. They may have screwed up it happens
